The first rule of the Diet Group: you DO talk about your diet.
If you don’t brag about your weightloss story on social media, it didn’t really happen. Okay, it was not my main purpose, when I started my lowcarb/keto diet blog a year ago, I just wanted to document easy and tasty lowcarb recipes for my friends and family, who were worried about me that I will definitely DIE if I don’t eat full-sugar-and-fat Hungarian goodies on a daily base. It turned out that in the same time the international success of keto diet started to make more and more people interested in Hungary too – while only few Hungarian sources and recipes were accessible for the readers. So slowly but steadily my blog and its bilingual (Hungarian/English) Instagram page got more and more engagements in the last few months.
The biggest success of the story: I can’t simply give it up or cheat because of my environment who read the blog, so I can maintain my weight 😀
